The Lake Worth Fire Department provides fire, EMS, and rescue services to the City of Lake Worth in Tarrant County, Texas. Operating from one station with a modern fleet, the department maintains an ISO Class 2 rating (achieved in 2016) and partners with surrounding agencies through automatic and mutual aid agreements.

It is a contracted provider with Tarrant County ESD #1, which includes mutual aid duties with dozens of local departments in fire suppression and EMS.
There is a mutual agreement with the City of Fort Worth, including the station alerting and suburban dispatching program, which streamlines calls and dispatches between Lake Worth and Fort Worth for fire, EMS, and rescue incidents.
Lake Worth also partners with the Fort Worth Fire Department EMS system, along with other member cities and agencies.
